In Pipavav, Rajula, an extraordinary transformation took place in 2010, epitomizing resilience, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. At its core is Krishna ConStone, led by the visionary Mr. Dharmesh Sanghavi. This venture has pushed the boundaries of Single and Double-layered pavers, acquiring two transformative Columbia machines.

The journey began in 2010 when Mr. Dharmesh, a contractor, driven by a passion for construction, pavements, and landscaping, ventured into manufacturing Rubber Molded Pavers. The path was tough, but his determination was unyielding, propelling him to face all challenges head-on.

In 2014, a significant milestone was reached when Mr. Dharmesh acquired second-hand cutting edge SPM 20 Concrete Block Making Machine from Columbia. This marked a turning point, enabling them to produce double-layered pavers and setting the stage for an extraordinary journey.

The adoption of Columbia's SPM 20 marked the beginning of a journey focused on unwavering quality and consistency. In 2018, a monumental order from L&T-Dholera showcased their dedication to excellence. This success led to the acquisition of another marvel—the SPM 20 from Columbia Machine.

From 2018 to 2021, these machines tirelessly operated, producing a staggering 4,00,000 sqm of double-layered 60mm pavers. This showcased their huge influence and expertise in the industry, particularly with the largest project they had ever undertaken.

Their commitment to quality led them to supply 100,000 sqm of RE wall blocks for the esteemed Delhi-Mumbai Expressway project with Ashoka Buildcon, highlighting their seamless execution and exceptional quality. Additionally, they supplied an astonishing 500,000 square feet of pavers to BAPS within a mere four months, demonstrating their agility, efficiency, and ability to meet high demands.

Mr. Dharmesh has expressed gratitude for the consistent, high-quality products delivered by Columbia Machine over the years. The quality of Machines and the Quality of products made from Columbia machines has remained consistent and exceptional. This symbiotic relationship stands as a testament to the brand Columbia's unwavering commitment to excellence and its pivotal role as a catalyst for success.

This incredible journey is a testament to Mr. Dharmesh's indomitable spirit, Columbia Machine's state of the art innovation, and the seamless harmony they have achieved. Columbia revolutionizes CONCRETE PAVER BLOCK MARKET

I began my journey in the world of paving back in 1999, where our focus was on crafting Vibro form pavers. As demand surged for hydraulic pavers, we took the leap and established our first automated plant in 2015. It was during this time that we acquired our very first Columbia’s Concrete Block Making Machine – an engineering marvel. This procurement marked a turning point, propelling us forward without any backward glances. Our progress was remarkable, thanks in large part to Columbia machines. Their exceptional performance speaks volumes.

Our ability to meet our clients' stringent requirements, particularly concerning strengths exceeding 30, 40 and 50 N/mm2 , owes much to Columbia machines. This machine has unlocked consistency in strength and dimensional accuracy that many other counterparts fail to deliver.

In 2019, by purchasing another Columbia Concrete Block Plant, we expanded our operations in the adjoining district of Malappuram. Mirroring our previous success, this new facility has achieved the same unwavering performance. We extend our gratitude to Columbia Machine for furnishing us with machines capable of delivering steadfast performance for nearly a decade.

Kerala's insatiable demand for pavers has been our primary focus. Here, quality reigns supreme in the industry. While quality was not initially a concern when I began, it has since evolved into a critical factor. To uphold the exact standards we're known for, a top-tier machine is imperative. Columbia’s Concrete Block Making Machine stands out as a key contributor, enabling us to consistently excel in providing quality.

Anticipating changes in Kerala, we aspire to witness a shift towards embracing urban development initiatives, such as introduction of saucer drain. This transformation could significantly expand the horizon for Columbia Machine. Since integrating your machines in 2015, our production has revolved around pavers. However, substantial changes beyond this realm have been limited, since we are always overbooked with paver block orders throughout the year.

The marketing and sales prowess of the Columbia team is remarkable, marked by profound product knowledge and compelling presentations. This very attribute propelled me to purchase my first Columbia machine in 2015. The machine itself has been exceptional.

The driving forces behind my choice to invest in Columbia Machine were two-fold; the impeccable quality of the Concrete Block Machines and the Sales & Marketing team's adept introduction, which included showcasing existing plants and other successful installations within Kerala. Notably, the products have exceeded expectations, consistently performing to the highest standards and delivering outstanding performance.

Gazing at the opportunities on the horizon, we're preparing to launch a new project in the coming financial year, fully poised to maximize these prospects. In hindsight, the decision to invest in a Columbia machine ranks among the most prudent choices I've made. The commitments articulated by the sales team have been upheld, as evidenced by the timely return on investment. The journey so far has been a testament to Columbia Machine's capabilities and dedication.
