The Model SPM20 Plant for optimum product quality and output features a 3 or 4 Bin Aggregate Weigh Batching Plant feeding a Mixer via an Inclined Aggregate Belt Conveyor. Cement and Flyash are fed by Screw feeders to a Weigh Batcher placed over the Mixer. Water is metered into the Mixer. The operation of Batching and Mixing is fully automatic with PLC and SCADA controls. After mixing, the concrete is fed by an Inclined Belt Conveyor to the SPM20 machine. Steel Production Pallets are fed manually into the machine from the rear. Concrete Products produced on Steel Pallets emerge from the machine on to a Rollaway Conveyor from where they are picked up manually using a Hydraulic Offbearer for placement in Curing Racks. The Racks are transferred to Curing Chambers using a Forklift. After curing, the Racks are transferred by Forklift to the Storage Yard where the products are unloaded and stacked manually for further curing. Empty Racks with Pallets are returned to the machine area for re-use in production.
In order to reduce investment in an Economy Model SPM20 Plant, the Batching of Aggregates, Cement, Flyash and Water may be done manually and fed directly into the Mixer placed on ground. After mixing, the concrete is fed by an Inclined Belt Conveyor to the SPM20 machine. Steel Production Pallets are fed manually into the machine from the rear. Concrete Products produced on Steel Pallets emerge from the machine on to a Rollaway Conveyor from where they are picked up manually and stacked for removal by a manual pallet truck for curing.
A typical layout of a Model SPM26 Plant with Automatic Rack Loader Unloader:
A state-of-the-art plant configuration, this Model 1600 machine / system includes an aggregate metering system, full concrete mixer station with double cement silos, a pivoting mud belt, Model 1600 concrete products machine. Green product is rolled off to the Pallet Transporter System, including the PTS car, which transports the pallets to the curing chambers, and also returns cured products to the PTS tower. Cured concrete products are automatically removed from their pallets, and the empty pallets are scraped, oiled, turned over and returned the machine to begin the process again. Meanwhile, product is rolled into the PSC 200 cubing line for final cubing prior to transporting the yard for pick-up and delivery.
